Just bought your Espresso Madness ice cream in hopes that it would be a replacement for my long list Haagen Dazs Cappuccino Commotion. To my pleasant surprise, the flavor of your ice cream is the closest I’ve found in my 10 years of looking, however, the texture of this ice cream is terrible. It’s grainy, almost like ice milk, definitely not creamy like your other ice cream. I don’t know what you did to this one that makes the texture so displeasing, but I really wish you could fix it.
